This exquisite Bangalore silk saree, on a purple colour base, features the traditional flowers and peacocks done up in multicolour in the body, using natural colours. The rusty orange blouse fabric with a floral border, contrasts well against the purple body colour of the saree.
The finesse of the work is testimony to the talent of the artist, a highly skilled female artisan from Srikalahasti.
