A sophisticated tone-on-tone blend of Dhakai Jamdani geometry and Bengal’s Kantha tradition. The burnt-ochre tussar silk kurta features vines, florals and spaced butas running vertically on the kurta in delicate threadwork, while the antique-beige ombré dupatta with ochre borders features panelled Jamdani-style borders and scattered flowers rendered in Kantha for a delicate, textured look. Understated yet artistic, this handcrafted piece is created by women artisans from rural Bengal.
