The term Shoru Tuli refers to the use of a fine-tipped brush or pen-like applicator to create delicate wax-resist lines and intricate motifs before dyeing.

The saree showcases traditional alpana-inspired patterns—the decorative floor and ritual designs of Bengal—rendered in an elegant combination of red, black and ivory.
